Microfibre Production

We produce artificial chamois with finest staple fibre in Korea. It is made of sea & island type staple microfibre. The staple fibre consists of polyamide as islands and easy soluble co-polyester as sea component. Thus, we call this sea & island microfibre. After dissolving the sea component by alkali solution, it is fibrillated to one thousandth of human hair thickness, which gives the product great absorbance and softness. Then, the artificial chamois becomes perfect alternative to genuine ones.

Microfibre yarn can be turned into different fabrics and goods as many as cotton or wool can be. - jersey, tricot, interlock, piqué, terry, fleece, etc. - And, thanks to the microfibre's 'micro' thinness, the products excellently removes dirt, and absorb water very efficiently.
